While we use our extensive industry experience and relationships to identify best-fit vendor solutions, we do not guarantee specific financial, operational, or clinical outcomes from any vendor partner engagement. Results will vary based on a health system's specific circumstances, implementation, and operational factors.
4.4 Vendor Partner Engagements
Any agreement entered into between a health system and a vendor partner is solely between those parties. CommonThread Healthcare is not a party to such agreements and assumes no liability for the performance, products, or services provided by vendor partners.
4.5 Independent Contractor Status
CommonThread Healthcare and its personnel are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of any health system or vendor partner. Nothing in these Terms or any service engagement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
